Make a “long day” Work for You

No matter how much we plan or time audit our week, we can’t always predict the day. There might be a last-minute booking here and there…

But, a full workday doesn’t have to be “too much”.

You can still live from a full place of gratitude and service amidst a seemingly ‘stressful day’.

Here’s the “2-step mindset perspective” I use:

1. EFFECTIVENESS

Squeeze the most out of every minute – if I have 6-7 meetings or client stretch, what can I do to make sure I am fully present and effective with EACH client or meeting?

Some suggestions here:
-end the session ON TIME
-meditate before a full day
-use essential oils like lavender to remind you of the presence
-walk around your office or the hall every hour

2. PRESENCE

TAKE IT ONE MEETING AT A TIME.

Just serve the person in front of you.

You might have a long day ahead but think about the privilege to serve. Think about the opportunity to be where you are now.
